Phoenix Gaming PC Warranty Policy
Phoenix Gaming PC warrants the product(s) that are tested and configured including installation of the operating system has a full workmanship and materials warranty for one year from the original invoice date. The original packaging, accessories, cables, free gifts (if applicable), unopened software, and manuals must be present and are subject to inspection before warranty approval.
What is the warranty covered and not covered
Phoenix Gaming PC warrants product(s) are free from defects in material and workmanship including to ensure no damage during the shipping to your hand. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear, physical damage due to external causes, such as accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, non-compliance, improper installation, environmental factors such as moisture, corrosive environments, high voltage surges, shipping, abnormal working conditions; or the use of the product outside the borders of the country or territory intended for use. Problems with electrical power, acts of the third parties, servicing not authorized by Phoenix Gaming PC, usage not in accordance with normal use, failure to perform preventative maintenance, including but not limited to ackups, and problems caused by use of software, parts and components not supplied by Phoenix Gaming PC. Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered physical damage. Software, external devices, accessories and parts added to the PC system by person other than Phoenix Gaming PC. Damage or loss of data due to interoperability with current and/or future versions of the operating system. The accessories or parts that are not installed in Phoenix Gaming PC are not covered. Each component with incorrect serial numbers or tampered serial numbers or UPC codes will be denied warranty service or exchange.
Phoenix Gaming PC cannot honour the warranty for any internal damage once the warranty seal sticker has been tampered. If there is a reason that you have to remove the seal sticker to open the product within 15 days from the original invoice date, please contact us at info@phoenixgamingpc.com first for an authorization to void warranty issue. Without a notice, the warranty won’t be covered.
30-Day exchange warranty
All return exchange must be made within 30 days from the date of receiving the orders. 30-days exchange warranty on all other components including barebones systems without operating systems. Please provide your original invoice information and contact info@phoenixgamingpc.com to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and exchange instructions. All the RMA for exchange and repairs must be included RMA number before shipped to:

RMA(s) are valid for 15 business days from the date of issue. RMA(s) arriving after the date mentioned above will be refused. Please contact us at info@phoenixgamingpc.com to extend your RMA expiration date or to get a new RMA number if the case was accepted by Phoenix Gaming PC.
Exchange and Repair Policy
Dead/Damaged on arrival products (DOA) or the product is not functioning properly must be claimed within 14 days after delivery date. Contact us at info@vlcanada.com for troubleshooting or contact us to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA). After the RMA test, if the product is defective, Phoenix Gaming PCs will replace the product with an exchange of the same item, subject to in-stock availability.
Packing and Shipping Guidelines
Please securely pack the product(s) being shipped to prevent possible damage during shipping.
